IT Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for a professional to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure, with a strategic role in evaluating new solutions and supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage environments in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and 1Password.
• Provide support for local infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Mac OS, and Windows).
• Evaluate and oversee the procurement of new technology solutions.
• Onboard new team members and conduct internal training sessions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT infrastructure and collaborative tools.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing platforms.
• English level B2 or higher (upper-intermediate to advanced).

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Cisco or Microsoft.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring.
