Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage communication with local and international banks and suppliers
• Prepare and monitor the annual cash flow and financial results budget, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions
• Support strategic decision-making based on financial indicators and KPIs
• Manage daily cash flow
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare management reports and presentations for the board and stakeholders
• Interface with BPO teams
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies

Requirements and Qualifications

• Advanced English is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
• Solid experience in finance, preferably in multinational companies
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strategic mindset
