About the Role


We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing PMO to integrate and orchestrate marketing planning across different areas and teams. You will be key to ensuring the execution of the monthly and tactical marketing plan, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities and Assignments


  • Ensure efficient and integrated execution of the Monthly Marketing Plan, aligning branding, media, performance, and events.
  • Operationalize the planning and delivery workflow for campaigns—from strategy through results measurement.
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across all marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate alignment meetings, gather assumptions, and manage decisions with internal stakeholders (media, branding, product, insights, finance).
  • Organize integrated calendars (sports, iGaming, campaigns) and translate them into tactical plans with responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Consolidate and distribute briefings and action plans by tribe or squad.
  • Measure project progress and ensure consistent follow-up rituals.
  • Support the strategy leader in decision-making and project prioritization.

Requirements and Qualifications


  • Previous experience managing marketing projects (planning, execution, and control).
  • Ability to work across multiple areas and organize complex information.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
  • Analytical skills to integrate planning and performance.
  • Clear and assertive communication for dealing with cross-functional teams.

Differential Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):


  • Prior experience with integrated marketing operations at large companies.
  • Background in dynamic environments such as e-commerce, fintech, iGaming, agencies, or startups.
