Affiliate Analyst

Responsibilities and Assignments:

• Affiliate network management: Monitor your partner portfolio, ensuring performance, alignment with brand guidelines, and achievement of targets.
• New affiliate acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners with potential for qualified revenue generation.
• Results presentation: Report on portfolio performance.
• KPI tracking: Analyze metrics such as GGR, FTDS, LTV, ROI, and conversion rate; prepare performance reports for the channel.
• Affiliate support: Provide dedicated channel support to affiliates, ensuring segmented communications aligned with marketing strategies and the promotional calendar.
• Consultative support & relationship management: Offer consultative guidance, materials, and orientation to affiliates to help maximize results.
• Campaigns & materials: Assist in creating promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and co-marketing actions with affiliates.
• Creativity & proactive support: Help affiliates perform better by being creative and suggesting new ideas.
• Internal liaison: Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Finance teams to ensure smooth processes and synergy across areas.
• Commission payments & reconciliation: Oversee commission flows, ensuring accuracy in values and payment deadlines.
• Market & competitor analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the affiliate segment.
• Contract management: Track the affiliation contract process, ensuring proper documentation and submission for legal review and validation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Previous experience managing affiliate programs or commercial partnerships.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate antifraud tools.
• Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Differentials:

• Experience in e-commerce, fintechs, online betting, or high-performance digital environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with international partners.
• Familiarity with traffic acquisition strategies; proactive, hunter mentality.

Success Metrics (KPIs):

• Revenue growth via the affiliate channel.
• Expansion and retention of active affiliate base.
• Engagement and conversion rate of affiliate CRM campaigns.
• Partner satisfaction and NPS.
