We are looking for a Mid-level HR Generalist – Personnel Department Analyst, with experience in all HR operations, to work in both strategic and operational capacities. The professional will be responsible for personnel administration routines, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to labor best practices.

Proficiency in the Protheus (TOTVS) system is mandatory, as well as advanced/fluency in English, due to frequent interaction with global teams and reporting in a foreign language.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations: hiring, terminations, vacations, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits.
  • Perform labor-related calculations (severance, vacation, 13th salary, overtime, allowances).
  • Process and review payroll, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and statutory filings (eSocial, FGTS Digital).
  • Manage and monitor corporate benefits (transportation, meal/food allowance, health and dental plans).
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor law (CLT) and collective agreements.
  • Prepare management reports and respond to international HQ requests.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees.


Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar todas as rotinas de departamento pessoal: admissões, demissões, férias, ponto eletrônico, folha de pagamento, benefícios e encargos;
  • Realizar cálculos trabalhistas (rescisões, férias, 13º, horas extras e adicionais);
  • Processar e conferir folha de pagamento, encargos sociais (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, FGTS Digital);
  • Apoiar no controle e gestão de benefícios corporativos (VT, VR/VA, assistência médica e odontológica);
  • Garantir o cumprimento da CLT, convenções e acordos coletivos;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e atender solicitações da matriz internacional;
  • Apoiar em auditorias internas e externas;
  • Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores;

Requisitos e qualificações

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR/Personnel routines.
  • Experience implementing payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Proficient in Protheus (TOTVS system).
  • Advanced/Fluent English (oral and written) – testing may be applied.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and social security regulations.
  • Experience with eSocial and statutory reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência consolidada (mínimo 4 anos) em rotinas generalistas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Experiência em implantações de sistemas de folha e ponto eletrônico;
  • Vivência prática no sistema Protheus (TOTVS);
  • Inglês avançado/fluente (oral e escrito) - Será aplicado teste;
  • Conhecimento atualizado da CLT e legislação trabalhista/previdenciária;
  • Experiência com eSocial e obrigações acessórias; Excel intermediário/avançado;

  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de interação com públicos diversos, inclusive internacionais.
  • Perfil analítico/consultivo para apoiar HRBPS em decisões trabalhistas.
